What a gem! This place truly has it all, and the sunrise is one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen. The basics were perfectly covered: super clean, beautifully decorated, and flooded with natural light. The main house is spacious, stylish, and fully (fully!) equipped, comfortably hosting all 12 of us. The guest house was our favorite spot: private, peaceful, and just as well-stocked. Rich was incredibly responsive, anytime we needed help, he was on it within 30 minutes. Instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. If you’re looking for a large, welcoming stay in Ocala, this is the one!

Majestic Meadows is a beautiful property with a ranch house that offers peace and serenity. It was just right for our trip as we spent our days on outdoor adventures and loved being able to return to such a calming home to wind down. The sunrises and night skies were stunning, with views of trees and some cattle too. It was fun to watch the cattle with their startled looks when they first noticed us and then go right back to their usual grazing. Rich was communicative and welcoming, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. This beautiful ranch house made our getaway very memorable. A small heads up, the lawn mowers may come in without notice, but aside from that the place is very private and peaceful. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Amazing experience. Great host, charming house, beautiful landscape. Lots of lovely details around the house. We had everything we needed to spend a relaxing weekend with our family. We loved the cows! Cannot recommend enough!

Rich was a very welcoming and attentive host! He was available to answer any and all questions and has put a lot of attention and care into the ranch. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and make for a true feeling of “getting away” while only being a short drive from major cities.

Rich was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. It’s a beautiful home in a quiet and beautiful location. It was very clean looks just like it does in the pictures. The guest house worked out great for us too. I would definitely recommend staying here if you in the area.

Our stay was phenomenal! Rich’s communication was outstanding, always prompt and clear. The separate guest house was a total blessing, private and perfect. We loved how close the cows came for pics (I learned they love classical music and will hangout to listen with you!). One minor issue arose, but the host resolved it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and we hope to go back next year!!

I Can say with full confidence that this was the best airbnb rental for us ever. The house, the farm, the area are fantastic and Rich is a great host. I fell in love with the house and having coffee while watching the beautiful sunset, or having a night shower under the stars. Walking down the entryway surrounded by all those beautiful trees. Having a full session of pictures at the nearby rail track. Going to rainbow springs and Crystal river was “the experience of a lifetime”. I could go on and on with great things to say but the bottom line is that we had the best family time ever. Thank you Rich and so looking forward to go back to your place in the near future

Rich was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ranch itself is amazing—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay at Rich’s farmhouse!
The house was spotless, beautifully organized, and surrounded by nature! It gave us exactly the peaceful experience we were looking for. Rich was an incredible host, always attentive and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. We truly appreciated his care and hospitality. We had an amazing weekend and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait for the next opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again! If you’re looking for a family friendly peaceful getaway, this is the place. We spent Mother’s Day weekend there and we all loved it. We bbq’d, plays games and had a blast. The backyard and animal watching was super fun, the girls loved it. Not to mention, Richard is an amazing host and very friendly.
