Welcome to The Ranch at Majestic Meadows! ๐ŸŒฟ Iโ€™m Rich, and my son Mattie and I are excited to host you. Our 58-acre ranch offers comfort, space, and true Southern hospitality. Whether you're here for WEC, HITS, Rainbow River, or simply to unwind, youโ€™ll feel right at home. If your group needs more space, we also offer a second listing that includes a private guesthouseโ€”perfect for larger families or guests who want extra room to spread out and relax.

Good to know

Far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. But close enough to be where you want to be within 30 minutes. Enjoy pastures, majestic live oaks, & gentle breezes while you explore, play, or relax. We have cattle who graze in the pastures. We rotate them from one pasture to another, so you may see OR hear them. We are dog friendly, so please feel free to bring your well behaved dogs with you. Quiet hours - 11 pm to 7 am There may be cattle present during your stay. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.

We would stay here again absolutely. Loved my neighbors, (the cows) to enjoy my morning coffee with. Beautiful home, had everything we needed. Rich was very helpful always, great communication. Coming in late at night was an experience, gps got a little bit confused, but we loved the adventure. Once on the property everyone was very comfortable. Thank you Rich

If youโ€™re looking for a family friendly peaceful getaway, this is the place. We spent Motherโ€™s Day weekend there and we all loved it. We bbqโ€™d, plays games and had a blast. The backyard and animal watching was super fun, the girls loved it. Not to mention, Richard is an amazing host and very friendly.

My family stayed at the home over UF graduation weekend. Conveniently located about 35 minutes outside of Gainesville. Peaceful, relaxed setting with a great floor plan for a family of 8. Home was clean and well-kept. Rich was proactive and always responsive. I would highly recommend to any family traveling to the area (including Gainesville). And we loved the cows โค๏ธ
