House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.

We'll promptly notify you about their presence. Our property is gated, featuring keypads at the front and back entrances. Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in using a digital keypad with a unique entry code for your visit. Please note that the front gate automatically closes three minutes after opening. To facilitate your stay, we provide gate remotes for your convenience. Please use these during your visit and ensure to return them before your departure.
