Looking for a sweet country escape? Nestled on 58 gorgeous acres in Morriston, our cozy retreat is perfect for families & small groups. We're close to HITS, World Equestrian Center, & Rainbow Springs. There's plenty of space for fun—whether it's barbecuing, group activities, or just kicking back. You might even spot some friendly cattle. Create unforgettable memories in our peaceful, welcoming setting, ideal for awesome day trips with friends and family! Need more space? We have a guesthouse!

Good to know

Far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. But close enough to be where you want to be within 30 minutes. Enjoy pastures, majestic live oaks, & gentle breezes while you explore, play, or relax. We have cattle who graze in the pastures. We rotate them from one pasture to another, so you may see OR hear them. We are dog friendly, so please feel free to bring your well behaved dogs with you. Other Details to Note

There are no parties permitted at Majestic Meadows as per Airbnb regulations, however we do permit small "events" (family reunions, small weddings etc.) In order to have an event, you need to book a stay with us. All events need to be approved. Additional charges may apply. Quiet hours - 11 pm to 7 am There may be cattle present during your stay. House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.

Waking up in a place as lovely as Majestic Meadows is a dream come true. It’s the perfect escape from the city without being too far away from it. The sounds of nature, vibrancy of the landscape, and the spacious home are a dream come true. Staring out at endless green pastures with no other houses in sight is a blessing to behold. Richard is an awesome host and we would love to stay there again, and again, and again!
