Welcome to The Ranch Majestic Meadows. Your home away from home in Ocala's horse country. Nestled on 58 peaceful acres, our ranch retreat is 15 minutes from WEC & 40 minutes from Gainesville. Enjoy secluded serenity w/ easy access to local attractions & day trips. Please note: The Ranch is large, but we have a Guesthouse as well. It' perfect for in-laws, 2 families traveling together & groups that need a little space to spread out. You're close, but separate. See our other listing for more info

Good to know

Far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. But close enough to be where you want to be within 30 minutes. Enjoy pastures, majestic live oaks, & gentle breezes while you explore, play, or relax. We have cattle who graze in the pastures. We rotate them from one pasture to another, so you may see OR hear them. We are dog friendly, so please feel free to bring your well behaved dogs with you. Other Details to Note

There are no parties permitted at Majestic Meadows as per Airbnb regulations, however we do permit small "events" (family reunions, small weddings etc.) In order to have an event, you need to book a stay with us. All events need to be approved. Additional charges may apply. Quiet hours - 11 pm to 7 am There may be cattle present during your stay. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. Need more space? Do you have a larger group, in-laws, another family or workers? House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.

From the moment we arrived, the beauty of this ranch took our breath away. Rich was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ranch itself is amazingโ€”spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings made it easy to unwind, whether we were stargazing at night or taking an outdoor refreshing shower. I canโ€™t recommend Majestic Meadows and Rich enough! If youโ€™re looking for a family friendly peaceful getaway, this is the place. We spent Motherโ€™s Day weekend there and we all loved it. We bbqโ€™d, plays games and had a blast. The backyard and animal watching was super fun, the girls loved it. Not to mention, Richard is an amazing host and very friendly.
