Sleeping Arrangements - (8) - 1 bedroom with king size bed w/ private bath - 2 bedrooms with queen w/ shared bath - 1 open air loft with 2 twin xl beds Outdoor Oasis: This is where the magic begins. An outside grill, adirondack chairs, an outdoor shower, a firepit, a gentle breeze, some music, and sometimes...cattle. (The cattle rotate between pastures, so sometimes they will be right next to you.) Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is freshly remodeled and well-equipped. Cook with ease using a double oven and range. Choose to dine in the kitchen, dining room or on the screened veranda. And More - Laundry Room - Front Porch - Plenty of parking Majestic Meadows located in the heart of Ocala horse region.

Other Details to Note

There are no parties permitted at Majestic Meadows as per Airbnb regulations, however we do permit small "events" as long as they are approved by the owner. There may be cattle present during your stay. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs, subject to owner approval. The Ranch at Majestic Meadows boasts a prime location at the heart of Florida, ideal for day trips! Do you have a larger group, in-laws, another family or workers? The Ranch & Guesthouse can be rented together. Great for larger groups or multiple families. Sleeps 12 (please see other listings) Grocery Delivery is available from Winn Dixie in Williston, which is about 15 minutes away Please note that the Guesthouse may be rented to other guests. It is completely separate and you will have your privacy when renting the Ranch.

House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.

Waking up in a place as lovely as Majestic Meadows is a dream come true. It’s the perfect escape from the city without being too far away from it. The sounds of nature, vibrancy of the landscape, and the spacious home are a dream come true. Staring out at endless green pastures with no other houses in sight is a blessing to behold. Richard is an awesome host and we would love to stay there again, and again, and again!

So we needed a get away from hurricane Milton as we live in Pinellas County. We found this Airbnb and what a find it turned out to be! Rich, our most gracious host, met us there and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and safe. We were seven adults, three children and three dogs and all of us felt the accommodations were roomy and exactly perfect. The children were able to run, barefoot through the well groomed grass and all of us enjoyed the pastor land adjacent to the property where all day you could see cows roaming around. It was very, very peaceful. The home and property was very well kept and very clean and I’m a bit picky. Rich set us up with a gas grill and everything we needed for a fire pit, including s’mores. So even though we were there to get away from a hurricane it ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time with our close close family. We give Rich five stars and highly recommend Majestic Meadows!
