Please be respectful of neighboring properties and the tranquil atmosphere that makes Majestic Meadows so special. ✓ Dogs Welcome Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. The property is surrounded by four-board fencing, but because cattle may occasionally be grazing in the pastures, we ask that all dogs remain leashed outdoors for everyone's safety. ✓ Glamping Looking for a unique experience? With advance approval, you're welcome to set up tents on the property for $50 per tent. It's a fun option for families or guests who want to spend a night beneath the stars. ✓ Additional Guests With prior approval, The Ranch can accommodate up to four additional guests at $30 per person, per night. Guests should bring their own air mattresses and bedding. ✓ Grocery Delivery & Nearby Shopping Same-day grocery delivery is available from Walmart in nearby Dunnellon. House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway. Please enter thru the front door.
