Nestled on 58 peaceful acres in Ocala’s horse country, our Ranch and Guesthouse offer space, comfort, and a true sense of home. Whether you’re here for WEC, HITS, UF football, Rainbow River, or simply to relax and reconnect, you’ll be surrounded by beauty, peace, and genuine Southern hospitality. The Ranch & The Guesthouse at Majestic Meadows are perfect for larger groups, retreats, or families who are looking to stay together but have some privacy from each other. Quiet Hours - 11 pm to 8 am There may be cattle present during your stay. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs, subject to owner approval. (2 max) The Ranch at Majestic Meadows boasts a prime location at the heart of Florida, ideal for day trips! Same day delivery of groceries and other items are available from the Walmart in Dunnellon.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are a very strict no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. We are dog friendly only. We do not allow any other pets. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway.

You'll have full access to all amenities within the house and yard within the 4 boarded area. Our property is gated, featuring keypads at the front and back entrances. Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in using a digital keypad with a unique entry code for your visit. Please note that the front gate automatically closes three minutes after opening. To facilitate your stay, we provide gate remotes for your convenience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Majestic Meadows and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we booked, Rich’s communication was fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. You can truly feel the love and care that Rich and his family put into this home and property. We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and it was the perfect place—only minutes from our venue and completely stress-free. The setup of the main house and guesthouse was ideal. We stayed in the guesthouse on our wedding night while our family stayed in the main house, which made everything incredibly convenient. The property is beautiful, private, quiet, and secluded. The backyard is gorgeous, and we loved spending time around the fire pit in the evenings. There was plenty of space for everyone, making it perfect for families or groups. Rich and his family are exceptional hosts who truly make this place feel like home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Majestic Meadows.

this place is wonderful and Rich was amazing to communicate with! our family makes a pilgrimage to the local monasteries there and this was the perfect spot for our large family! it is centrally located with tons of things to do and good restaurants just about 20 minutes away. it is serene and very private and best of all rich made us feel at home the whole time, felt like I was staying at a friend's house! Definitely will be back!

Rich was an amazing host. He was responsive and attentive, answering all questions timely and ensuring our needs were always met. His home is beautiful, very clean and comforting. I loved having the Christmas tree and lights while away from home during the holidays and the views outside were stunning from sunrise to sunset. We traveled from CT for my daughter’s wedding at the nearby Andalusian Oaks, and this home was the perfect space for my family and our dogs! I am so happy to have found this listing and was able to stay here. It was private, peaceful and I would highly recommend it.

What a gem! This place truly has it all, and the sunrise is one of the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen. The basics were perfectly covered: super clean, beautifully decorated, and flooded with natural light. The main house is spacious, stylish, and fully (fully!) equipped, comfortably hosting all 12 of us. The guest house was our favorite spot: private, peaceful, and just as well-stocked. Rich was incredibly responsive, anytime we needed help, he was on it within 30 minutes. Instructions for everything were clear and easy to follow. If you’re looking for a large, welcoming stay in Ocala, this is the one!

Majestic Meadows is a beautiful property with a ranch house that offers peace and serenity. It was just right for our trip as we spent our days on outdoor adventures and loved being able to return to such a calming home to wind down. The sunrises and night skies were stunning, with views of trees and some cattle too. It was fun to watch the cattle with their startled looks when they first noticed us and then go right back to their usual grazing. Rich was communicative and welcoming, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. This beautiful ranch house made our getaway very memorable. A small heads up, the lawn mowers may come in without notice, but aside from that the place is very private and peaceful. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
