The Guesthouse (Sleeps 4)

There are 2 rental units on the property. Please know that each unit is separate, but it’s important to know there may be others on property. Ranch has outside area in back of ranch. Guesthouse has its own outdoor space in front of guesthouse. No smoking or vaping inside the house. To maintain consistent performance of AC & heating system, please keep thermostat between 68 and 75 degrees. If you open windows, please turn off ac. There are no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front of the guesthouse on the grass. Please look for signs that say Guesthouse parking. Please enter thru the door to the right of the archway.

You'll have full access to all amenities within the Guesthouse and the front yard. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. We'll promptly notify you about their presence. Our property is gated, featuring keypads at the front and back entrances. Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in using a digital keypad with a unique entry code for your visit. To facilitate your stay, we provide gate remotes for your convenience. Please note: There is a 4 bedroom Ranch that sleeps 8 w/ separate entrance that can be reserved for additional guests or for privacy needs.
