Our family-friendly retreat is on 58 beautiful acres in Morriston, close to Hits, World Equestrian Center, and Rainbow Springs. Enjoy stunning pastures, majestic live oaks, & gentle breezes while you explore & play. The Ranch (can be rented separately) & Guesthouse is the perfect solution for a small group, multiple families or for a small retreat. You are close enough to be together, but there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy if that's what you'd like.

The Ranch & The Guesthouse at Majestic Meadows are perfect for larger groups, retreats, or families who are looking to stay together but have some privacy from each other. You are on the same property, but have your own separate living spaces. Other Details to Note

There are no parties permitted at Majestic Meadows as per Airbnb regulations, however we do permit small "events" as long as they are approved by the owner. There may be cattle present during your stay. To ensure safety for both guests and the cattle, kindly refrain from entering the pastures when cattle are present. We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs, subject to owner approval. The Ranch at Majestic Meadows boasts a prime location at the heart of Florida, ideal for day trips! Grocery Delivery is available from Winn Dixie in Williston, which is about 15 minutes away

House rules

No smoking or vaping inside the house. There are a very strict no parties or events as per Airbnb rules. All guest names must be on the reservation. No exceptions. Minimum age to book is 25. No third-party bookings. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. For your safety and the safety of the cattle, please do not go into the pastures when cattle are present. There are upwards of 70 head of cattle. They will sometimes operate as a herd and that can be dangerous. No parking in back of the house. There is plenty of room in the front. Please park on cement driveway.

You'll have full access to all amenities within the house and yard within the 4 boarded area. Our property is gated, featuring keypads at the front and back entrances. Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in using a digital keypad with a unique entry code for your visit. Please note that the front gate automatically closes three minutes after opening. To facilitate your stay, we provide gate remotes for your convenience.

Rich was an amazing host to our large group when we needed a place to stay after hurricane Milton. He went out of his way to accommodate us make sure the property was ready for us the same day someone else was checking out. The home is extremely comfortable and the setting is so peaceful that it helped us all take a breath after dealing with the stress of a hurricane. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning our next family trip to this wonderful retreat!
